Shipping Policy

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from  with the exception of national holidays when carriers do not pick up packages.

All shipments are delivered through UPS/USPS. Orders are fulfilled after verification and credit authorization.

Please make sure your billing information is entered correctly at checkout. In the event that your billing information is entered incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed.

Make sure you enter your address correctly, if your order returns to our address due to missing information, you will pay for the new shipping label. If you do not receive an order update due to the manual verification requirement, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department.

 

**HOLIDAY SEASON DELIVERY**

During the months of November-January 15th UPS/USPS becomes very busy with deliveries for the holiday season. Please take this into consideration before contacting us. During these months please give your item at LEAST 2 EXTRA BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.
